An interview which is currently gaining attention on our YouTube channel is an interview with Emma Jones as part of Next Generation Poets. In 2014, the Poetry Book Society ran a major poetry promotion judging and promoting new poets who had published their first collection in the previous ten years. Here Australian poet Emma Jones talks about how she got into poetry, her Australian-British heritage and its effect on her writing, her influences and background. She also talks about how the internet allows more free discussion between poets and of poetry beyond firm national borders, and about the impact of space and memory on ideas of history.
