ABOUT THE AUTHOR: LAURA BESLEY writes short and very short stories and enjoys exploring big themes in small spaces as well as creating within constraints and across forms. She is the author of (Un)Natural Elements, 100neHundred – shortlisted for the Saboteur Awards – and The Almost Mothers. In 2023, she was awarded an Arts Council England grant to work on her first collection of short stories.
