Developing the constraints of the form used in his pamphlet, The 140s (Leafe Press, 2018), Andrew Taylor has built on the poems contained in his previous Red Ceilings Press title, Aire. These are poems of, and about, a particular place and the collisions between the natural world and people who inhabit a certain space. Nightingales visit and depart during their allotted window, human shadows on a field lengthen through summer and coffee is freshly ground.

"Petite Maison Bleu, the house in which Silo was written, is its own poem. These are the translations."
Nick Power

"Delicate poems about place and being."
Robert Sheppard on Aire (Red Ceilings Press, 2018)
