Canterbury Wise Words for Wellbeing is a walk-in group which gathers for two hours every Friday afternoon in Canterbury Public Library. We engage with reflective and therapeutic writing not 'literary criticism'. We write in the moment in response to prompts and poetry. Mostly our writing is fun, but occasionally it touches on deeper issues. #You can write what you cannot say. Usually there is no record of what we have written.
