from 'Northern Youth'
A new revised edition of the challenging and dense debut book by Grace L. Lowthian. A collection in four distinct sections: 'Outlaws', 'Calaminarian', 'If the Wind Stopped' and 'Corner of Blink'. The Azygos Wade covers a myriad of topics from relationships to society, the mind and creative practices. With a radical but precise approach to punctuation and formatting the collection is something new in British poetry and Lowthian’s voice rises above the crowd.
Grace L. Lowthian was born in 2003 and raised in County Durham. She is in her final year of a degree in sociology. She lives in Heaton and dedicates her time to the singular and combined creative practices of poetry, painting and collage, photography, videography and music.
