The competition is open to British citizens and residents. Entrants translate a poem from any language, classical or modern, and submit it with the original poem (or an extract if the original is longer than 60 lines) and a short commentary.
There are three categories - Open, 18-and-under and 14-and-under - with cash prizes in each group. The closing date is 27 May 2011.
